We also rehabilitate for problems such as: Split abdominals. Back & Shoulder injuries, Hips & Pelvic floor for strengthening and recovery.
Your first 40 min personal training session is FREE! So you can see what we do, make sure you're comfortable with your trainer and then decide if you wish to continue, free of charge!
We don't do lock in contracts, you can finish your training at anytime.

Cheki has been a Personal trainer for 11 years now and is a Mother of three children. Cheki understands the importance to Mothers of wanting to stay fit and healthy whilst juggling motherhood. Her passion for helping and assisting her clients to fulfil their personal goals and seeing their transformations and improved zest for life, is what drives Cheki in her training styles.
After having her first child she realised it was hard to find a gym that focused on purely pre and post natal fitness. Cheki felt more support was needed to be available for Mothers through the journey of pregnancy and into the post natal recovery stage. Giving them that one on one attention and care to get results.
Cheki has helped many new Mums from all different backgrounds get back into shape and feeling confident again, by applying that one on one care and listening to each individual journey and needs of her clients. Finding their true potential and teaching them to push through their sessions with correct technique and encouragement.
Cheki used to work as a Tour guide for 15 years, travelling all around Australia working for several different companies specialising in camping safaris for V.I.P's in the outback to working on dive boats in the Whitsundays. Cheki has an extensive background in coaching from having been a Sailing instructor on the popular Hamilton island to teaching children in primary Schools beginner Gymnastics in Melbourne. These jobs always required Cheki to be fit and active, her love for coaching people to see their potential in themselves along with helping in any way she can has been an ever burning drive.
She began her Personal Training career at Fernwood fitness ladies gym in 2010 and ended up having one of her clients becoming the National title winner for the all famous '12 week foxy challenge'.
The winnings took her and her client thru Peru and the Amazon for two weeks travelling together through some breathtaking locations as they hiked up to the famous Inca Trail over 4 days to Macchu Picchu. An experience her client and she will never forget! Cheki has also trained wheelchair bound clients, women whom are wishing to enter the Police Force and Army and was also recently voted top 5 best Personal Trainer's on the Gold Coast for 2020.
Cheki is Cert III and IV in Fitness, Cert Pre and Post natal training, Boxfit Cert and Senior first aid. She specialises in Pre & Post training, Boxing, Kickboxing, HIIT training, Nutritional guidance, Weight loss, Rehabilitation for a variety of injuries and also teaches vinyasa yoga.

Cheki is not just a wonderful trainer but an all round amazing woman! She taught me so much throughout my time training with her and I cannot thank her enough. Absolutely wonderful trainer who not only takes a Interest in your health and fitness, but also takes interest in getting to know you as a person. Cheki is such a kind and caring soul who provides training tailored to your needs. I must admit, I was nervous before meeting Cheki as I guess I had preconceived images of trainers being "scary" and yelling at me - Cheki could not have been further from this stereotype- i instantly felt comfortable training with this lovely lady. I cannot recommend her enough!!
